Tabata Leg work out on fence

Tabata runs on 20 seconds max effort followed by 10 seconds rest/recovery. There are 8 rounds total.

Run forward as hard as you can against the pressure of the bands, first facing forward.

Repeat the action with the same amount of effort but run backwards.
