Ingredients
  1. ◾Half a ripe banana
  2. ◾1 C Coconut or Almond milk
  3. ◾Fresh baby spinach Pack in as much as you want! I use 2 handfuls
Instructions
  1. Toss it in the blender with desired amount of ice!
Notes
  1. Can add protein powder to up the protein, can use whatever milk you like while adding in any other greens or berries!
