Ingredients
  1. Recipe
  2. 2 C Old Fashioned Oats
  3. ¼ C Sliced almonds
  4. ¼ C Chia Seeds
  5. 2 scoops BNRG chocolate protein
  6. ¾ C honey (can use PB2 and mix with water if you want less sugar)
Instructions
  1. Press the mixture into a shallow baking dish that you’ve lined with foil or saran wrap.
  2. Cover with more foil/saran, press well into the baking dish, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  3. Cut into bar shapes, wrap, and keep refrigerated till ready to use.
Notes
  1. Best to keep stored in the fridge
