Ingredients
  1. 1lb Lean ground Organic Turkey (can use Quinoa for meatless option)
  2. 1 small red vidallion onion
  3. 2 Cloves garlic chopped
  4. 1/2 batch of Kale OR 5 leaves chopped
  5. 3-5 small beets (optional if you like sweet and salty mix) chopped
  6. 1/2Cup Basil
  7. 1 tbsp. grape seed oil
  8. Sea or Himalayan salt to taste!
Instructions
  1. This can be cooked 2 ways-
  2. OVEN-
  3. Heat oven to 350
  4. Chop all veggies
  5. Mix ground turkey with chopped veggies and place in muffin tin
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 min depending on oven. Check after 30 min
SKILLET
  1. Set skillet to medium/high heat
  2. Add to skillet 1/2 tbsp. of grape seed oil
  3. Chop veggies
  4. Mix turkey with veggies and form them into patties or balls
  5. Cook on skillet for 7 to 9 min a side.
Notes
  1. If using Quinoa in place of turkey, cook quinoa like normal and use in place of meat.
