Ingredients
  1. 1 C coconut flakes (unsweetened)
  2. 4 egg whites
  3. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  4. Can add kiwi or your favorite fruits on top
Instructions
  1. Mix all in a bowl. Cook on pan for 90 seconds to 2 min a side!
Notes
  1. This breakfast can be prepped nights before to save time in the morning. Just place in the microwave and reheat!
