HOW TO DO IT:

Step 1: Lay on the ground (or bench) with your knee’s bent and fee flat on the ground.

Step 2: Push your hips upward driving your low back and butt off the ground, squeeze your glutes!

Step 3: Slowly descend back to the ground.

Tip: Try holding a weight plate below your belly button to make the exercise more difficult.
