Ingredients
  1. 1 Frozen Banana
  2. 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  3. 1 Cup Almond Milk
  4. 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein powder
  5. 1 tsp. Vanilla extract (optional)
  6. 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix

  1. Peel, cut and freeze banana the night before
