Ingredients
  1. 1 scoop of protein powder (can be choc or vanilla)
  2. 1 tbsp. natural peanut or almond butter
  3. 1/2 C organic raw honey
  4. 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  5. 1tbsp. flax seeds
  6. 1 tsp. Matcha.
Instructions
  1. In a box, mix all ingredients well
  2. After mixing, roll into individual bite size balls, about a inch tall
  3. Place in a sealed dish
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours! Enjoy!
Notes
  1. Can roll around in crushed nuts like almonds to make the top crunchy!
