Ingredients
  1. On head of cauliflower, cut into roughly equal florets. May substitute frozen in this recipe.
  2. One egg
  3. Sea Salt
  4. Cumin (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place cauliflower in big pot of generously salted water. Bring to boil.
  2. Preheat oven to 375F.
  3. Cook until very tender, about 15 minutes after water boils. A little extra cooking won't here.
  4. Drain, return to pot, and mash thoroughly. Really make sure you get it as finely mashed as possible. If you have a food mill to put it through, even better.
  5. Mix in one egg and a generous pinch of salt.
  6. Place into casserole dish, spread out evenly, and sprinkle with paprika if desired.
  7. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes or until top starts to brown lightly
Notes
  1. Can add in mashed garlic for more flavor
